Returns Policy

The exchange or return process is easy and straightforward:

1: Product Inspection: You can inspect the products upon receipt.

2: Return Process: If the sizes do not match your child’s measurements, you can return them to the delivery person at no additional cost.

a. If you have paid and received the clothes, and the sizes do not match your child’s measurements:
– You can return the clothes within two days of receipt.
– The money will be sent directly.
– The clothes will be picked up within one to two business days.

3: Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange the clothes for a larger size:
– The process will take 10 to 14 business days to complete the exchange and deliver the new size.
